- "Good to see you, <Character Name>. I heard you're looking to go on a hunt! Ready to write your legend?"
- What can you teach me about tracking prey?
- "The most important part of any great hunt is to keep a proper record. That way you'll know what you can boast about later."
- Go on.
- "You could just hold all that in your head, but you might forget some special detail. I recommend you write it all down in a journal."
- Where do I find a journal?
- "I always make my own. I'll teach you to make 'em. Once you've made it come speak with me again.
- I'm all ears. (receive item: Recipe: Crude Leather Book)

- "I always make my own. I'll teach you to make 'em. Once you've made it come speak with me again.

- "The most important part of any great hunt is to keep a proper record. That way you'll know what you can boast about later."
- I'm looking to put together a hunter's kit.

Feedback 2016/10/29[edit]
He only has dialogue for the hunter's kit if the recipe is unlearned and not in the character's inventory. The dialogue changes after learning the recipe for the journal, but he continues giving recipes until a journal is shown to him. Spannu (talk) 21:32, 29 October 2016 (UTC)
