Talk:Azurite Crystal
Upgrade?[edit]
What do I need to transmogrify this gemstone to a Azurite Orb? Normally it would be 2 gemstones, and 5 Pile of Incandescent Dust. When I tried to do a discovery, it only gave me the option to use a Glob of Ectoplasm. When I put both in the slots, the option to craft did not light up. What ingredient am I missing? - A filigree. See Talk:Azurite Orb --JonTheMon (talk) 13:12, 16 August 2013 (UTC)
- That's not transmogrification, that's converting it to an upgrade component. The OP already called it out, 2 gemstone + 5 T5 dust. However, there isn't a transmogrification recipe for Azurite. —Dr Ishmael 15:04, 16 August 2013 (UTC)
- I went ahead and put in the recipe for the Embellished Brilliant Azurite Jewel, as it was missing from this page. I did a search on Google to see if ANet may have sneaked in a recipe, but everything I could find agreed that there is no recipe to transmogrify these gemstones. Ah well. Thanks for the information and the time. Mystikpretzel (talk) 19:25, 16 August 2013 (UTC)
Acquisition[edit]
87.102.83.106 has edited the acquisition information claiming that it can be mined in the new molten facility fractal. I haven't gotten that fractal yet, but an ArenaNet representative on the forums specifically claimed that none of the old event-specific crafting materials would be available in the new fractals based on them. Are you absolutely positive this is actually obtainable? --Felbryn (talk) 17:49, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- Well, I finally got this fractal, and it does indeed contain mithril nodes with a chance of Azurite Crystals. Sorry for doubting you, 87.102.83.106. --Felbryn (talk) 09:38, 4 December 2013 (UTC)
- I just wish they'd give us a chance or a daily orichalcum node there that could drop the orbs. or, y'no, make this mutable, like every other damn socketable 114.23.247.178 11:33, 12 August 2014 (UTC)
