Seems it still can't be attuned. Can anyone confirm or refute?

Sometimes the MF bugs out and doesn't recognize the ingredients. Have you tried several times? —Ventriloquist 08:36, 14 June 2017 (UTC)

I personally don't, but met a person two days ago, who couldn't attune it.
