This Achievement is a pain in the butt to achieve this

Is there any way to cheese this? - What would happen if lets say 9 ppl have the eligibility and the 10th person that never got it just leaves squad before boss dies? - What will happen when 10ppl have it and one dies/loses eligibility and leaves squad too? -> Update: Doenst seem to work, see https://dps.report/6Mo5-20240725-201851_dagda
