What is the point in excluding people in this mechanic? They fought the boss, they contributed, but hey, let's make them feel shitty for not clicking a card just right!

What dev came up with this? More importantly... why?

Oh, but there's a teleporter! Great, doesn't help the newbie that has to stand there and miss out as everyone else collects their loot in silence and not helping at all.

Sorry, but this is a pretty terrible mechanic, and an excellent way for people to grief others.
