I cannot answer your first two questions as I do not remember the location of the bouncing mushroom (and I cannot check right now), but to answer your last question: you can upload screenshots by clicking on "Upload file" to the left on the navigation bar; use "Slice of Sky" Strongbox location.jpg as file name, please. You can then add it to the page's infobox as | map1 = "Slice of Sky" Strongbox location.jpg and below this | map1-text = Location of the strongbox. .
