Move suggestion

Since I was the one who initially removed the author suffix on this book and also A Dragon Primer, I guess I'd better explain my stance.

I did it argumenting that "Article should reflect the actual title of the book, in consistence with other ingame books". The Durmand Priory's books section shows a great example of how these two are one of the very few (if not the only) books that contains the authors name in it's labeling. I felt it was an inconsistent way of naming the books, therefore the change. But then again, if the Wiki's only purpose is to neutrally document ingame content - I don't know if I can defend my own action.

When I think about it, it might also be possible that these books have the (narcissistic) author's name actually contained within the book title. I support the Wiki move, but I don't support the inconsistent labeling ingame. Titus The Third 21:11, 5 November 2014 (UTC)

Edit: "A small book written by Ogden Stonehealer, entitled "A Dragon Primer."" = author's name not part of the title. "Erosion and Waypoint Stability by Technician Penn is a book (...)" = author's name might very well be a part of the title (considering the description + that it was written by an asura). Edit2: "A short technical paper by Technician Penn, entitled "Erosion and Waypoint Stability".". Considering both books' very specific description, I maintain my stance that the author's name doesn't have any relevance to the Wiki article. I'm not seeing inconsistency in the suggested move destination. While, yes, the book's name is Erosion and Waypoint Stability/A Dragon Primer, it is the object's name that includes it. And all the other books refer to the object's name, otherwise I. Before History (sonnet) should just be I. Before History; the (sonnet) is a description, not part of the title.

As I see it, the current name is the inconsistency, because all objects, everywhere, use the name of the object. The name you see when you highlight the object, click the object, and where the name of the NPC/object in dialogue boxes are. THAT is what we name articles after - we do it for objects (book or otherwise) and for NPCs; hence why it is Rytlock Brimstone and not Tribune Rytlock Brimstone; that is why it is Minister Caudecus and not Legate Minister Lord Caudecus Beetlestone the Wise. This is why we have The Founding: Volume I and not The Rise of Ebonhawke Volume I: The Recall, which is the actual name of the book. Ok, proof provided. Can't argue with that. In my move, I see now that I've tried to change what I see as an inconsistency in game. But as we always tell everyone coming in with opinions about the game instead of the wiki: "this conversation would be better suited for the official forums".
