Our primary objectives in this area are to keep the corrupted ice shards under control, bolster patrols in the area, and repair any damaged flag stands.

Corrupted ice shards?

The Sons of Svanir have a totem to Jormag that fires large corrupted ice shards around the area, which helps expand their influence. We need to dispose of the shards to prevent just that.

What about the patrols you mentioned?

You said something about flag stands?

How can I help the patrols?

We send out routine patrols between here and Leopard's Tail Valley, both the north and west paths. We don't have the troops for full contingents, though, so any backup we can get would be great.

Enemies and the elements take a hefty toll on our flag stands. They're a sign of perseverence[sic] and strength to our troops, a bit of a morale boost. We try to maintain them, but we can't be everywhere.

Until Jormag and the Sons of Svanir are taken care of, corrupted ice shards will always be a problem. We need to keep them from affecting the area.

We haven't received any official support, so yeah, any help we can provide the patrols between Leopard's Tail Valley and hear is still necessary. Remember, there are two paths: north and west.
