Subdirector Noll is a member of the Consortium tied to the expedition of Southsun Cove that led to the karka invasion of Lion's Arch. He pointed players towards the leader of the expedition: Canach. After the rebuilding of Lion's Arch, he attempts to form a mutually beneficial alliance with Sheriff Turma and win back the Consortium's favor by turning Southsun Cove into a profitable holiday resort. He is currently located on Pearl Islet in Southsun Cove.
