Special Ops armor refers to a group of armor sets that can be acquired in the Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons expansion.
Acquisition[edit]
The complete set is obtained by completing six collection achievements (all of which begin with the name "Special Ops") in the What Lies Within achievement category, per the bullet point list below. Refer to the linked achievement pages for guidance on each collection.
Each collection awards an ascended container containing a choice of one Ascended armor piece. Unlocking one weight also unlocks the skin for the other two weights.
After completing each individual achievements, Exotic consumables which apply only the skins (equivalent to using transmutation charges) can be purchased from Captain Wing Jun in exchange for 70,000 
and 125 
.
Walkthrough[edit]
Speak with Captain Wing Jun a short distance west of 
Park Mining Ops Waypoint — and go through all of his dialogue to earn the World Lore: Special Ops Rescue Agency pre-requisite achievement, which then unlocks the following:
- Special Ops Basic Course 1:
Special Ops Boot Locker - Special Ops Basic Course 2: Special Ops Glove Locker
- Special Ops Basic Course 3: Special Ops Pauldrons Locker
Completing all three of the basic courses unlocks a further two collections:
- Special Ops Advanced Course 1: Special Ops Helmet Locker
- Special Ops Advanced Course 2: Special Ops Pants Locker
And completing both advanced courses unlocks the final collection:
Note the total collection has a significant materials sink element to it.
- 6 Xunlai Electrum Ingots, 125 Pieces of Dragon Jade, 1500 Globs of Ectoplasm.
- 6 Lesser Vision Crystals and Ancient armor boots, gloves, shoulders, head, pants.
- Additionally, requires a total of 12 Luxon Hunter weapon skins from Luxon Hunter's Weapon Cache to unlocked the ability purchase required items from vendors.
Unlocking the skins for all pieces unlocks the Captain's Helmet skin consumable via the Special Ops Armor Collection achievement.
