Getting onto the boat[edit]
With a Springer mount[edit]
Swim (or use your Skimmer) to reach a platform floating in the water on the northern side of the boat. Use your Springer to jump onto the boat.
With an organ from a Ley-Line Scavenger[edit]
Kill a Ley-Line Scavenger and harvest its organ. Then:
Option 1[edit]
Swim over to the northern side of the Buoyant Bough and climb onto the floating platform with crates on it. Use skill 2 to launch yourself into the air, then glide onto the narrow ledge beneath the mesh windows. Carefully follow the ledge west until you reach the deck.
Option 2[edit]
Swim to the smaller ship to the west of Buoyant Bough. Get on the ship from the north side, then move to the front of the ship and jump onto the mast. Walk up the mast to its highest point, use skill 2 to jump into the air, and deploy your glider at the highest point. With Lean Techniques, you will have enough speed to make it to the roof of Buoyant Bough, otherwise just land on the front deck.
Via Abaddon's Ascent[edit]
Swim north to Pilaster Rock and clamber up through the beginning of the Abaddon's Ascent jumping puzzle until you reach the first ship deck in the southern half overlooking your final destination. Glide out over the water to land on top of the Buoyant Bough.
Reaching the mastery insight[edit]
Head inside the boat and use the Bouncing Mushroom to propel yourself into the air, then glide over to the insight.
