Siege Turtle Leader is a human Kestrels member leading the defense of Arborstone from Jade Brotherhood and Speakers attacks atop a Siege Turtle. They also assist in the assault on Fort Aspenwood.

Help the siege turtle defend Arborstone (80)- [Group Event] Use the siege turtles to destroy the shield generators as you fight through the fort (80)
[Group Event] Deactivate the haywire Gods' Vengeance (80)
