Sidubo Nodobe

Captain Sidubo Nodobe was a necromancer who sat on the first Captain's Council. Nodobe was Elonian by birth, and when he spoke, it was with a flair for the oratory and the distinct, ringing timbre of the people of Vabbi. The warm color of his skin and the generous tone of his voice didn't reach the man's features. Nodobe's smile was brilliant, but his eyes were cold and sharp.

Like most of the Council, he purchased his seat by investing in the new port. He often clashed with Captain Marriner, and wanted the council to allocate an additional twenty percent of the town's revenue to building new docks. His crew got preferential treatment at Yomm's Mercantile, causing friction with Captain Grimjaw. He was a known slaver.
