Only that it's someone official from Divinity's Reach. The negotiations are still underway. Personally, I hope they take him soon. He's an okay fellow. He deserves better than this cage of shame.

I've answered a hundred billet questions today. Yes, more prisoners than usual are being billeted to raise cash and reduce the brig population.

Oh. Sorry, it's been a long day. People hear that Lion's Arch is selling billets, and everyone wants an edge. I even had someone asking about Canach there.
