Happy to help. What can I do?

Well, you could grab a jug and water the plants. Or pick some fruits and weeds. And some of the plants are infested and could use a good pesticide spray. If you're not too scared of bugs, that is.

Where should I start watering?

There's a few patches of soil that could use a drink. If a spot looks dry and dusty, toss some water on it. If it glitters, it's good. There's a jug near the fountain that you can fill with the tap.

Some of the fruits are looking ripe. You can just bring them to me. And there's no shortage of weeds to pull. The weeds can go in the compost behind the prison.

Yep, it's a sorry sight. Keep an eye out for plants with bugs flying around them, then give 'em a good spray with some pesticide. The container's at the side of the garden house. Careful, they bit.
