Dialogue[edit]
- During A Very Merry Wintersday
- May I help you?
- Scarlet.
- Oh! Well, let me tell you. My domestic partner worked with Omadd back when Scarlet was studying there. And he told me she was crazy even then.
- Not who is. Who was. He's dead, killed by Scarlet just before she disappeared. He was Headmaster Emeritus of the College of Synergetics and Scarlet's biggest supporter, the fool.
- Quite. The Arcane Council wanted to toss her out on her blooming bum, but Omadd made such a convincing case for her rare genius that he got them curious. So, they let her believe they were welcoming her.
- No. They were studying her. I mean, what if you could replicate her? What if you could grow a plant that increased your ability to reason? Unfortunately, they added to her megalomania.
- I see what you mean.
They weren't welcoming her?
- I see.
Supporter?
- I see.
Who is Omadd?
- I see.
I'm gathering information on - Not now.
- During The Nightmares Within
- I wish I could explore the tower myself, but these spores have my direction sense all befuddled. They better be documenting this properly.
- I'm unsure. They finally got in. That's all I know. Whatever's causing this toxic bloom of hallucinogenic spores has to be destroyed. I hope someone is up to the task.
- Best we can tell, it's nightmarish plant. The tower is supporting it as it grows. That explains why these Nightmare courtiers were willing to work with krait—and vice versa.
- This'll be interesting.
What's causing it?
- All right.
What's happening in the tower?
- Me too.
- During Tower of Nightmares
- This is worse than anyone guessed. I've got a bad feeling.
- tower for?
- No idea. No one has survived an attempt to get in. All we know is that krait and Nightmare Court are involved.
- No. Not good at all. Crazy plus crazy equals evil. They're definitely up to no good in there.
- This'll be interesting.
That's not good.
- All right.
What's the - Me too.
