Seis Burntheart is a charr studying tremors and shifts in magic. Speaking with her begins the Transfer Chaser achievement. She originally traversed Tyria, placing sensors in various locations to collect data on the troubling phenomenon; upon moving to a new area, she would leave behind an Elemental Sprite to enable adventurers who missed her to complete the achievement. She now has a fixed location once again, and can be found at her original starting point in Frostgorge Sound.

Dialogue[edit]
- First conversation
- You can sense it, right? Magic is stirring here.
- What do you mean?
- Something's up—I can feel it in my whiskers. So, I'm figuring it out.
- This might be very important. What have you learned?
- Hmm. There's an old saying about even magic being a trade. Help me out, and I'll share what I learn.
- What do you need?
- I've scattered a spell around here that will feel the shift in magic. With a simple enchantment, you can gather up the sensors, and I'll study them.
- I'll do the legwork, and you do the analysis? Sounds normal. (completes Disturbance in the Depths and gives the first point of Transfer Chaser)
- It's a good exchange then, you agree. Let me know when you're ready. My enchantment won't last forever.
- I'll let you know.
- No deal.
- Forget it.
- You do that. I've got serious business to handle.
- Hold on a second. I need to know where you got that scythe.
- O-ho, I see you appreciate the finer details. This is mine, but let's make a bargain; help me with my spellcraft, and I'll give you something that'll get you started on getting one for yourself.
- What would I be helping with? (Same as "What do you need?")
- Forget it—I'll figure it out on my own.
- Doesn't seem any different to me.
- Before receiving the Sensor Tracking effect
- My spell is distributed around this area. Ready to help recover the sensors? I'll cast the locator enchantment when you're prepared.
- Let's get started.
- I'm too busy for this.
- While searching for sensors
- Did you find them all yet?
- I'm still searching.
- After finding all the sensors in Frostgorge Sound
- I think I have most of my sensors now.
- Most of them?
- It's like that old saying: better to have more. Anyway, the sensors you retrieved show a drift toward the southwest. I'm going to move that way soon; meet up with me at Highpass Haven.
- Is there anything else I can do around here?
- Well, I have all the help I need from here, but there are still sensors out there if you want to help tidy up.
- Give me the locator enchantment.
- I'm too busy for this.
- I'll do that.
- I'll meet you there.
- After finding all the sensors in Snowden Drifts
- Hmmm. Magic is still pulling to the southwest. After I wrap up here, I'm going to travel to Nentor's Mine.
- Is there anything else I can do around here?
- Well, I have all the help I need from here, but there are still sensors out there if you want to help tidy up.
- Give me the locator enchantment.
- I'm too busy for this.
- I'll meet you there.
- After finding all the sensors in Lornar's Pass
- I've never seen anything like this. So much magic is being displaced in so wide an area.
- Could it be because of a dragon?
- Hmm, if that were true, then it's lucky the flow is going to miss Lion's Arch.
- Where is it headed?
- Further south. I'm going to move to Marshwatch Haven after I've gotten everything I can from here.
- Is there anything else I can do around here?
- Well, I have all the help I need from here, but there are still sensors out there if you want to help tidy up.
- Give me the locator enchantment.
- I'm too busy for this.
- Out to the coastline... I have a bad feeling about this.
- After finding all the sensors in Bloodtide Coast
- Here's my conclusion: something big and magical is moving deep underground, and magic is rippling in its wake.
- It has to be Primordus!
- Hah, the last time a dragon relocated, it crystallized half of Ascalon. It could be a lot of things; we don't know what's down there.
- ...Where is it going next?
- Still to the southwest. It's only islands out there; once I've packed, I think I'll visit the resort at Southsun Cove.
- Is there anything else I can do around here?
- Well, I have all the help I need from here, but there are still sensors out there if you want to help tidy up.
- Give me the locator enchantment.
- I'm too busy for this.
- The sea... It couldn't be moving toward Orr.
- After finding all the sensors in Southsun Cove
- There's a saying about counting your claws. This island is lit up with magic flowing from the deep. I'm surprised the lava isn't venting.
- Then, the dragon stopped here?
- Don't jump to conclusions. The sea makes it hard to sense, but...
- This is critical. Where is it going?
- Further out. Whatever it is, there's no sense chasing it now.
- Is there anything else I can do around here?
- Well, I have all the help I need from here, but there are still sensors out there if you want to help tidy up.
- Give me the locator enchantment.
- I'm too busy for this.
- There must be a reason behind this. Let me know if you find anything more.
- Upon greeting her in Malchor's Leap
- Hmmph. Thought I'd washed my claws of this mess, but it seems I'm caught in the flow too.
- What do you mean?
- Magic is still moving, warping around something down there, headed out to sea. I don't even want to think it, but you can guess what's capable of that.
- An elder dragon.
- All the way from the Shiverpeaks; that far down in the depths. Even below the water, I'd wager. We're only seeing the wake behind it.
- Then where is it going? (completes Disturbance in the Depths and gives the first point of Transfer Chaser)
- This time, I didn't need to do much spell work to guess that. West, and as they say, always bet on a bonfire.
- Seems like I'll need to prepare for warm weather again.
- Then I don't have the time to stand around here.
- I don't have time for this.
- Whatever.
- After her return to Elder's Vale
- Hmmph! They all doubted me, but the claw's on the other paw now, isn't it?
- What do you mean?
- I used my magic to track a disturbance from here to the coast. Decided it was an Elder Dragon, moving deep down.
- But you were ignored?
- Those Priory page-counters! "You said the dragon was west of Orr, but we found destroyers in Ember Bay, which is SOUTHwest of Orr."
- Sometimes magic is imprecise.
- Ah, but the next thing you know, they're saying a dragon turned up after all, right where I said it would.
- Accurate info is always key. Anything I can do to help?
- My assistants are still charting the disturbed magic flow. With a simple enchantment, you can gather up the sensors, and I'll study them.
- I do the legwork, and you do the analysis? Sounds familiar.
- It's a good exchange then, you agree. Speak with my assistant when you're ready. My enchantment doesn't last forever.
- I'll talk to your "assistant" when I'm prepared.
- No deal.
- Congratulations, I suppose.
- I see where this is going, and I don't care.
- Speaking of dragons, I have more important business than this.
- Hold on a second. I need to know where you got that scythe.
- Oh-ho, I see you appreciate the finer details. This is mine, but let's make a bargain; help me with my spellcraft, and I'll give you something that'll get you started on getting one for yourself.
- What would I be helping with? (Same as "Accurate info is always key. Anything I can do to help?")
- Forget it—I'll figure it out on my own.
- Sure.

Trivia[edit]
- Seis moved back to her original location in Frostgorge Sound on August 8, 2017.
- After moving to Malchor's Leap, she no longer carried her scythe.
- This NPC and the sensor hunt were added on August 23, 2016.
- Her name is a possible reference to seismic, relating to earthquakes or other vibrations of the earth. In Dutch it is also similar to "zeis", the word for scythe.
