A section of a chain lies on the ground inside Groznev Delve in Frostgorge Sound.

- These chains were meant for prisoners, not machinery. They are not size for dredge or charr, but they would be a perfect fit for a norn.
Examine them further.
- The chains appear to have been made not long ago and have seen recent use. It seems prisoners worked here once or were captured nearby and sent elsewhere.
