Scoutmaster Shadowfang is an Ash Legion soldier stationed at Fangfury Watch who gives information about the Separatists and the Renegades.

- Separatists and Renegades are everywhere you look. I don't know if the next human or charr I meet is the enemy or not.
Tell me about the Renegades.
- They can't let go of the war, so they lash out at humans and their fellow charr as well. You never know when they'll strike next, and they'll stop at nothing to kill their target.
- What about the Separatists? (Same as below)
Got it.
- Tell me about the Separatists.
- They hate the truce, so they try to disrupt talks through violent tactics. They'll even kill other humans if it meant they could still have a war with the charr.
- What about the Renegades? (Same as above)
- Got it.
- You don't have to tell me.
