Acquisition

• Found in Scarlet's secret base in Dry Top. The entrance is located in a building on the west side of the Town of Prosperity.
  • The notebook is located in the room with the two Canyon Spiders. It has no nameplate and will not be highlighted if the Show Enemy Names (default Left CTRL) is pressed. It will be highlighted if mouseovered with post-processing set to at least low. It's on the floor to the right as you enter the space.
