Runner is a female norn found at the Eastern Watchpost in Hoelbrak. She helps travelers with traversing through the city.

How do I get out of Hoelbrak?

That depends on where you want to go. This here's the pass to the Wayfarer Foothills. I can also take you to the pas to Dredgehaunt Cliffs. Of course, there's an asura gate here too. You can get to Lion's Arch through it.

For booths, you want the Trade Commons. Our crafters and merchants are there. Or, I can take you to the Great Lodge.
