“Rescue Protocol is active. If you are put into the downed state, you can command your jade bot to revive you.
This skill is not available in PvP, WvW, raids, strikes, or fractals.— In-game description
As long as a character has a Jade Bot Power Core installed, Rescue Protocol Active is applied to players in applicable maps once the Rescue Protocol mastery has been trained. Once Rescue Protocol has been used, this effect is replaced by 
Rescue Protocol Recharging.
