Refugee Vortius
Refugee Vortius was a refugee in the camp at Farshore Ward of Lion's Arch. He is one of the refugees who lost his home during Flame and Frost. Although he willingly accepted handouts, he was very suspicious about the Consortium way of doing business.

- I don't trust the Consortium much, not after that karka kerfuffle, but I don't got many options. Think I'll at least travel to that camp of theirs in Southsun, see what it's like.
