Quartermaster Zineb is a merchant who can be found in the secret Sunspear base, located in the basement level of The Astralarium in the Domain of Istan.

- Talk to the heart vendor after completing the renown heart to enter the restricted library. Head down on the right until you reach an unnamed book you can interact. Click through the dialogue to enter the secret base.

- Ahai, Commander! You could really help our cause by inspiring potential recruits, and by finding us some Kralkatite that we can use to forge weaponry for those recruits.
I have some Kralkatite here. What other supplies do you have?
Looks like you're planning something big.
- The spearmarshal has been planning to raid Palawadan for weeks, and said we should go on with or without him. Either way, First Spear Hakima says we strike at dusk.
Sounds risky, but I know my way around a battlefield. I'll help if I can.
- How has your effort been going?
- We took serious losses in the uprising at Champion's Dawn. Many of our people were killed or imprisoned during the loyalist's "liberation" of the village.
- Is there any good news?
- We've had some success with quick hit-and-run raids of the Mordant Crescent's Great Hall. Grabbing what we need and retreating before they can react.
- Impressive. Even the smallest victories can go a long way.
- It's just frustrating that we haven't been able to get beneath the hall where Warden Amala has some of our people locked up. She's sealed her prison with powerful magic from the inside.
- Hmm, I'll think on that. There has to be a way in...
- Speaking of retreating, I should be on my way.
- Maybe I'll see what I can do there for your people.
- Where is everyone? Are your people up to something elsewhere?
- Our forces are attacking Palawadan right now! Our recruits have spirit but they lack training—they could use a good commander.
- Thanks. Maybe I'll head over there now.
