Qadim the Peerless is the evolved form of Qadim after he was infused with the chaotic magic of the Mythwright Cauldron. Believing himself to have become a greater being, he intends to consume and twist the magic of the Well of Ahdashim to rule over all djinn and build a new world in his image.

Early years[edit]

The Key of Ahdashim[edit]

Sometime after Qadim's escape from the Mystic Forge, he had grown in power due to his exposure to the Mythwright Cauldron's magic. His rival Zommoros eventually received word that Qadim had entered the city of Ahdashim. All of Zommoros's attempts to communicate with the city were blocked, however, and he grew worried about Qadim's intentions.

The water djinn decided to contact the raiders, who had helped him defeat Qadim before, via a letter. He urged them to investigate Ahdashim and keep it safe in his stead and to seek out the Key of Ahdashim and the four djinn cardinals for more information. Unbeknownst to Zommoros, however, the evolved Qadim had slain the cardinals of Water and Fire and corrupted the others, as well as dismantled the Key in order to gain access to the magic within the Well of Ahdashim so Qadim could gain control over all the djinn.

The raiders eventually managed to reassemble the Key of Ahdashim and defeated both the corrupted cardinals and the transformed Qadim the Peerless. Unlike his first defeat at the hands of the raiders, Qadim the Peerless's form was shown erupting into magic, presumably defeated for good. Instead of granting elemental magic to four cardinals like before or taking all the magic into herself, the Key decided to spread magic to all the surviving djinn throughout the world as she had come to realize that no djinn should lord over others lest they be corrupted like Qadim and the cardinals had been.

Backlashing Beam - The flux disruptor affects Qadim's energy. Applies Sapping Surge to linked targets.
Chaos Corrosion - Incoming Caustic Chaos damage is massively increased.
Erratic Energy - Increases incoming damage by 5% per stack.
Fixated - Qadim's attacks are focused on you.
Power Share - Increases the number of targets the power beam can connect to.
Sapping Surge - Applies vulnerability and reduces outdoing[sic] damage by 25%.
Unbridled Chaos - Shower of Chaos deals residual damage over time.

Skills

Battering Blitz - Qadim rushes at and destroys a pylon.
Caustic Chaos - Qadim steadily fires projectiles, hitting all foes near the target. Applies Chaos Corrosion.
Chaos Called - Qadim raises damaging energy along specific surfaces.
Chaotic Overflow - Unwieldy energy flows beyond the target and latches on to nearby foes.
Chaotic Surcharge - Energy orbs overload Qadim, causing a power discharge that deals damage to all foes.
Energized Affliction - Energy inflicts damage upon the wielder and their allies.
Ether Strikes - Qadim launches out a flurry of energy in a cone shape.
Exponential Repercussion - Energies from Qadim and the pylon combine, causing a violent reaction.
Force of Havoc - Qadim hurls a wave of energy that leaves behind a persistent damage field. If a pylon is hit, he takes its power.
Force of Retaliation - A concussive wave of energy deals damage as it punches outward.
Pylon Debris Field - Debris left over from an exploded pylon. Deals damage in an area.
Rain of Chaos - Qadim unleashes a barrage of energy upon the target's position.
Residual Impact - Residual energy left over after impact. Particularly deadly.
Ruinous Nova - Using the power of the pylons, Qadim unleashes a cataclysmic force upon his foes.
Shatter - Qadim summons a powerful burst of flame.
Shower of Chaos - Energy orbs erupt from Qadim and detonate upon landing, damaging and applying Unbridled Chaos to all foes.
Unbearable Power - Linking to an energy source causes damage.
Unbridled Chaos - Shower of Chaos deals residual damage over time.

Arena Skills

Brandstorm Lightning - A bolt of power pierces through the barrier above Ahdashim and deals great damage to those it strikes.

Entropic Distortion Skills

Eclipsed Backlash - The anomaly overloads with energy and deals massive damage to all foes.
Energy Eclipse - The anomaly unleashes its new power.
