Puramatoo is found in Breekeelee, an underwater cave southwest of Laughing Gull Island. He is tired from his job of keeping the new quaggans's hatchlings safe.

Quaggan is watching young quaggans. Young quaggans are moooove[sic] very fast.

Why don't you take a break?

Young quaggans could get lost, or hurt. Quaggan must not let that happen.
