Propagator is an effect that can be applied to various champions, as part of their Unstable Magic Abilities. This causes Protection Tendrils to appear near the champion.

August 22, 2023	Secrets of the Obscure release: The unstable magical abilities  Restorer and  Propagator now grant barrier rather than healing. Propagator now applies  Protection instead of  Regeneration.
