The Permanent Bank Access Express is a reusable item that functions as an unlimited version of the Bank Access Express and provides instant access to the Account vault, including Bank, Material Storage, and Wardrobe Storage.

Acquisition[edit]

Unlike the personal merchant and trader, the bank access is not subject to the "only one rentable NPC contract at a time" limitation. It can therefore be used frequently and regardless of whether a merchant or trader are already present in the map.
Moving too far from the initial spot at which the account vault panel was opened will close the interface.
