Parkyr Vellon is a bandit masquerading as a merchant that was transporting explosives disguised as wine from Beetletun. He had a business deal with Mink, but after Mink's VAL-A golem variants exploded and destroyed his shipment, Parkyr turned and tried to kill the asura.
