Trivia[edit]
- The Blue Ooze seem to be inspired by the Slimes from the Dragon Quest series, which were inspired by the slimes from the Wizardry series on which the Blue Ooze's green counterparts are based on. The Slimes from Dragon Quest are often credited with making the slime enemy type the household name in the fantasy videogame genre it is today.
