Text[edit]
- This is a very old tome about the species found in the Echovald area. A few pages are dog-eared.
- "Cranes are inherently opportunistic omnivores, suiting their diets to the changing seasons. They construct beautiful platform nests above bodies of water."
Check the section on cranes.
- "Wallows are far from the dull, lumbering beasts that many imagine. In addition to their impressive strength and resilience, their bonds with family—blood or chosen—are extremely strong."
Look at the entry about wallows.
- "There is hardly a creature more flamboyant or particular than the phoenix. Breathtaking to look at, it seems to enjoy showing off its incredible plumage... until it grows bored and vanishes."
Read up on phoenixes.
- "The stateliest beast of the forest has got to be the kirin. Proud in stature and large in size, it nevertheless passes through the forest with utmost ease. utterly at home in its domain."
Take a peek at the kirin.
- "Of special note is the Canthan subspecies of tiger. Snow-white instead of brilliant orange, this sleek predator is no less dangerous than any of its Tyrian cousins. It is constantly alert."
Study the white tiger.
- Leave.
