Ominous Portent is a unique item that shows a cinematic for Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns.

- Completing the story step The Mystery Cave.
Notes[edit]
- The item cannot be consumed and will instantly play the cinematic upon acquiring it, vanishing afterwards.
