Neil Kaplan (March 9, 1967) is a voice actor. Outside of Guild Wars 2, he is probably most known as Emperor Zarkon in Voltron: Legendary Defender, Cenarius throughout World of Warcraft's history, Aurelion Sol in League of Legends, Tychus Findlay and the Reaper units in StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, and many more iconic roles.
