The Ministry of Transit Agent is a Canthan in Daigo Ward by the Ministry of Transit, and is in charge of handling the paperwork of visitors to and from Shing Jea Island.

Put down "Quaggan."

The last field on the travel papers asks you to declare your purpose for travelling.

Enter "Sightseeing."

Enter "Business trip."

Enter "Just the experience."

Enter "Saving the world from catastrophic entropy and chaos."
