Refugee (Memento Collector)

These refugees have established camps throughout Wayfarer Foothills and Diessa Plateau. They collect Refugee Mementos in the hopes that they may be reunited with the family of their owners. Turning in mementos will advance credit towards Refugee Volunteer.
