— In-game description

M-PEC is a gizmo used in the HOPE IV: The Catalyst Legendary Weapons collection.

Using it grants the M-PEC Activated effect; once activated, you may engage with your enemy of interest. The enemy must be defeated while the effect is active.

Acquisition

• Speak with Jett in Griffonfall in southern Auric Basin to obtain the M-PEC. The area is walled off during the early stages of the Auric Basin meta, so you may need to finish some events or use advanced travel techniques from masteries to reach him.

Notes

• It will eventually burn out after somes uses or if you "activate" one of the item that was collected, turning it into a Burned Out M-PEC. Talk to Jett in Griffonfall (Auric Basin) to obtain a new one.
• The effect of the M-PEC is lost upon entering downed state and can't be reapplied while in downed state.
