Lunatic Courtiers were members of the Lunatic Court. One in particular was present in Lion's Arch marching from Fort Marriner to Trader's Forum with Mad King Thorn's decree of challenge to Tyrians.

- The Lunatic Courtier in Lion's Arch was not removed with Shadow of the Mad King 2015's end but was removed later. He did not return for Shadow of the Mad King 2016
