Keppa is an asura involved in the VAL-A Golem personal story segment for asura players who have chosen the college of synergetics.
You first encounter Keppa in Short Fuse with some skritt she has hired to scavenge golem parts for her. She claims she has improved your VAL-A Golem design, and refuses to show you her blueprints unless you participate in a golem-fighting competition so her skritt can collect the fallen parts.
