Jeff Strain
Jeff Strain, a co-founder of ArenaNet, led the production and art teams for Guild Wars until 2008. Prior to the founding of ArenaNet, Jeff was the team lead and lead programmer of Blizzard's massively multiplayer role-playing game, World of Warcraft. He was also a senior programmer on both Warcraft III and StarCraft, and a programmer on Diablo. Jeff was the creator of the StarCraft Campaign Editor and was employed at Blizzard for four years.
Jeff was executive producer of Guild Wars 2 until September 2008, when he accepted a position at NCsoft as president of product development in NCSoft West. After moving to NCSoft, Jeff was no longer involved in day-to-day Guild Wars 2 development. He left NCSoft West in August 2009 to create Undead Labs, a company dedicated to developing console zombie-based MMORPGs. He features in many of the first articles and interviews announcing Guild Wars 2.
