Imed is a human fisher found in the cave south of Bay of Elon. He has a child and a drakehound with him.

- Not many find their way to our secluded fishing spot.
You live out there?
- We're thinking about making this our home, since we were driven out of the highlands by the Forged. Peace, quiet, and all the fish we could ever hope to eat. Maybe we're finally done running.
