Notes

• This debuff stacks over time while Ice Elemental is alive in Snowblind Fractal, and will only be cleansed when you get close to a fire.
• At high level fractals this debuff stacks intensity faster and fires stay alight for a shorter duration, making it difficult to avoid the debuff.
• Can be also found in Caledon Forest Dragon Response Mission.

Numbers

• New stacks are applied at 5 second intervals
• Each stack lasts 10 minutes
• Each stack deals 54 damage per second
