• Enter the Battle Pit Cages around the battle pit and choose a difficulty, and then kill the mob that spawns inside.
  • Easy spawns a level 26 normal mob — 8% heart progress
  • Medium spawns a level 29 normal mob. — 8% heart progress
  • Hard spawns a level 26 veteran mob. — 14% heart progress

• Enter the Group Battle Pit Cage and kill the three mobs that spawn inside.
  • Easy spawns three different level 26 Raptors — 8% heart progress per kill
  • Medium spawns three different level 28 Wurms — 8% heart progress per kill
  • Hard spawns two different veteran Elementals and one regular elemental — 14% heart progress per Veteran kill, 8% for non-veterans
