Hao Luen

Hao Luen is the grandfather of Captain Hao Luen. Hao Luen was alive during the Rising of Orr when ties with Cantha were finally cut off. He was a member of the Xunlai Guild and with their influence fading after contact with Cantha was severed, used their magic and contacts to establish the multi-racial Arch Exchange.
