Grupp is an asura who is part of Toymaker Tixx's Funwerks Krewe, who is less enthusiastic about his occupation than his fellow krewe members.

- Look, lumpy-face. I'm not here for your amusement. I've got a job to do. If you want someone to sing and dance for you, go annoy the pilot.
What's your job?
- Whatever menial task Tixx finds fitting for me for the moment. This is the worst job in all of Tyria. Everyone praises Tixx as some sort of intellectual wizard. Idiots.
- What do you think?
- Oh? You want the opinion of lowly old me? How kind. I think he's a buffoon. Toys and trinkets for little tots? That's work befitting a norn. His toys rarely work, and his golems are walking time bombs.
I'm done talking to you.
- I've got to go.
- Right, then.
