- The ore depends on the effective level of the character in a particular area:
- Level 1 to 15:
Copper Ore - Level 16 to 40:
Silver Ore (50%) or 
Iron Ore (50%) - Level 41 to 45: Iron Ore (50%) or
Gold Ore (50%) - Level 46 to 50: Iron Ore (40%) or Gold Ore (20%) or
Platinum Ore (40%) - Level 51 to 55: Gold Ore (50%) or Platinum Ore (50%)
- Level 56 to 70: Platinum Ore
- Level 71 to 80:
Mithril Ore, or much less frequently 
Orichalcum Ore
