- Obtained from killing the Champion Svanir Shaman Chief world boss and looting his Glorious Chest. He spawns every 2 hours during
[Group Event] Kill the Svanir shaman chief to break his control over the ice elemental (10) which occurs at the end of the The Frozen Maw meta event in Wayfarer Foothills.
