Ghasem, High Priest of Grenth was the high priest of Grenth in Arah before the Cataclysm. When encountered in The Ruined City of Arah (explorable), he is invulnerable and does not interact directly with players in any way. Instead, his health is lowered by defeating the 15 Elite Risen Wraiths he summons to defeat the players.
