Gael Vasburg is Kurzick descendant from House Vasburg, who accepts the Ancient Kurzick Axe from the Vasburg Armory (mini-dungeon). She gives 10 Writs of Echovald Wilds in exchange.
She stands outside the southwest house in Karstadt Village, but she is only present when The Gang War of Echovald is not active.
