Mechanics

• Increases both strike damage and condition damage.
• The self-healing is affected by reductions like Poisoned or Agony and incoming healing increases like Vital Persistence or Eternal Oasis, but not by Healing Power. It can generate Astral force.

Bug:

Heals 25 health per second, 10 from Mist Attunement 1 and 15 from Mist Attunement 2. The tooltip is incorrect.
