• Use your Gloominator anywhere inside the section of the Forsaken Fortune mini dungeon where the Fleshgrazer spawns, after it has been defeated.

• If the Boss is killed and you don't get a hit, you will have to complete the whole dungeon again - the collection will not trigger.
